The H-Team is proud to be a part of the Chittenden County community, and to be involved with all the local schools and businesses in our area, such as University of Vermont Athletics, St. Michael's Playhouse, The Flynn Center and the Burlington Boys and Girls Club. You'll also find us participating in local charity programs year round, including the Special Olympics of Vermont Penguin Plunge and Toys for Tots.

Donate Life VT: Less Than 5%
During this year's Super Bowl, Heritage Automotive Group aired promomotional commercial for our latest More Love Film. It highlighted organ donation and challenged Vermonters to work together to meet the increasing need, "Less than 5%" reflects the small percentage of donors in our state as of December 2012, compared to the national average of 35%. Restore the Store: Barnard General Store
The Barnard General Store is an important part of the town in Barnard, VT. It has served as a social center in the town since 1832. The store was forced to close its doors in 2011, after Hurricane Irene. The 1,000 residents of Barnard have bound together to help restore and reopen their beloved general store. The deadline to help restore the general store is December 31, 2012. More Love Scholarship: Raven
Each semester, Heritage Automotive Group provides a scholarship to a member of the Burlington Boys and Girls Club to help fund a student's education. This past semester the scholarship was awarded to Raven T, a student at Champlain College in Burlington, VT. With the help of Mt. The H-Team's support of the recovery efforts goes byond purchasing 'Vermont Strong' license plates for our customers. South Burlington Veterans Memorial Documentary
In February 2012, the H-Team and Rusty Dewees welcomed local community members to the Majestic 10 Theater for a special public preview of the SB Remembers Documentary. The documentary highlights the planning and construction of the new South Burlington Veterans Memorial to be erected at Dorset Park. The event was a resounding success, with Rusty Dewees and the H-Team's own Toby Tyler chipping in to help raise $1,000 in a silent auction. February also saw the official launch of SBRemembers.org, where visitors can learn about the memorial and see artist's renderings of the proposed final product. Since its launch the site has generated $500 in donations to the memorial project. |
