We worked with Dennis a Toyota Sales Rep at your South Burlington Toyota- Dealership. We put him through a lot! Three cars and six test drives. He wrote up a Rav4 Base model but then we changed our minds again and finally purchased a Rav4 Sport. Dennis was kind, courteous and fun to work with. No pressure at all.

Super Special Kudos to both Toby and Spencer. Both these techs solved 2 mysteries while changing my snow tires and oil. First, I mentioned that my daughter complained that heat was not coming out of the backseat vent.Toby explained to me how to use the programmable dash board controls. I had not fully understood it for 5 years...eek!Second, Spencer figured out why my clock kept re-setting to 1:00 am every time I started my car.He explained that I inadvertently had the alarm function on.
In both cases, Toby and Spencer really exemplified why I chose to have my Lexus serviced at Heritage.First they really understand Toyota Cars and the mechanics behind the vehicle.Secondly, they take the time to listen to me and figure out why something is wrong and explain to me in simple language how to correct it.Both Toby and Spencer explained to me that this process is part of the Toyota training and I very much appreciate their extra effort and attention.
